People Who Thrive | February

Join the February gathering of People Who Thrive.

This month's speaker is Liz Entin. Liz is the founder of Why Get Wasted, a sustainability agency which helps events, commercials, films, conferences and more reduce waste and be sustainable. Why Get Wasted has come up with creative solutions to eliminate single use, such as food donations of excess food using only a reusable box system and a trash and recycling plan that doesn’t require plastic bags.

As a single founder and an extrovert, building community is very important to her. Along with being active in the entrepreneurship and climate communities, Liz runs a cowork group where members work out of different cafes, supporting one another’s companies and careers. On the side, she has a company WTF Just Happened?! About science and spirituality.

Come ready with your elevator pitch, your ask, and your offer, and connect with people who are game to help you.
